About Tara

Professional, technical, creative and strong are all words used to describe Tara and her work. Growing up in the salon business, she has explored all aspects of hairdressing. Knowing she wanted to be the best at her craft, Tara went to work for renowned Atlanta hairdresser Scott Cole, and after 10 years of formal training, Tara opened her first salon in 1999.

Tara has always valued education in the salon as well as in life. It is this value that has made her a successful hairdresser and business owner. She has been featured in Atlanta Magazine, Jezebel, The Atlantan and interviewed on CNN. In 2012, Tara was selected to be a National Educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems.

With 32 years experience under her belt, Tara is forever growing. Once known for being a haircutter at heart, she is now also known as an incredible colorist. Who said you can’t be good at both? With all of her accomplishments, Tara’s most important focus is always on her clients. They come first and always receive her very best. At the end of the day, making people look good and feel good is what she says makes her job so special.
